Demi-Genders

Demi-gender is a part of the nonbinary spectrum. A demi-gender is a partial, but not full connection to a particular gender expression. In other words, someone identifying as a demi-gender would identify sometimes with their birth gender, and other times as agender. This is similar to genderfluid, but with a few important differences, the most prominent being that genderfluid people can identify with many genders while demi-gender people move only between the spectrum of their original gender and agender.

Demigirl and demiboy are two types of demi-genders. In these identities, a person switches back and forth between only their cis gender and agender. In demifluidity, the person switches between these two, but also everything in between.
