Demisexual
A person who is demisexual needs to establish a bond with someone before they can feel sexual or romantic attraction to them. For example, if Joe is demisexual, he wouldn't develop a crush on a stranger that he sees in the street. Instead, Joe would need to become friends with that person before he would be able to have a crush on them.
Demisexuality can be combined with other sexualities or romantic orientations (in the form of demiromanticism). So Joe might actually be demihomosexual, which would mean he is both demisexual and homosexual. Basically, Joe is attracted to other men, but only after he has formed a bond with him.
Some people are demi-asexual, which means that they do feel sexual attraction on occassion, but only after establishing a bond with a person.
